Writer Agreement

• You retain full ownership of all original stories you publish on Afripad.
• You grant Afripad a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, promote, and distribute your content on our platform and affiliated services.
• You can remove your content at any time, which will end our license for future use, except for archives and promotional material already in circulation.

You confirm that:

• You are the original creator or have the rights to publish submitted content
• Your work does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property of others
• You will not publish plagiarized, defamatory, or harmful content

Afripad reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates its policies.

If Afripad enables monetization, revenue-sharing terms will be introduced via an updated agreement or opt-in feature. Until then, publication is non-commercial.

As a writer, you agree to uphold the values of the Afripad community:

• Respect fellow creators and readers
• Refrain from harassment, hate speech, or content abuse
• Engage in constructive storytelling and feedback

• You may deactivate or remove your content at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for repeated violations of our Terms or Guidelines.
